I have been renting with the acton branch and have renewed my contract 3 times, I find the staff to be very friendly, helpful and competent, not only do I love the studio flat I'm in, it has constant maintenance checks, which we are informed about before they happen and and problems I might have are dealt with very professionaly and quickly by the lovely staff, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a flat to rent , which is clean well maintained and serviced, and looked after by amazing staff
